Podcast Guest Agreement ~ Lost Together

Thank you for agreeing to be a guest on my podcast, Lost Together.

Before we record our episode I want to make sure you understand what you’re taking part in, and that we’re both clear on the process. If you have any questions at all, please reach out!

1. Participating in an interview does not guarantee that your episode will be used. It's my hope and intention that it will be shared this season, but it's not a guarantee. I will let you know when your episode will be released, or if it will be kept for a future season.

2. It's important to me that you feel comfortable during our conversation and with how it gets shared. If there are any parts of our recording that you'd like me to leave out or clips you'd like to review before they are included, you are welcome to let me know either at the time of recording or afterwards. I will share a deadline to submit any requests for changes once we have done our recording.

3. I may use a small video clip to promote the episode. Please let me know prior to recording if you are not comfortable with video, otherwise by signing this release you are allowing me to use video.

4. You agree that the recordings of the episode be utilized by my podcast and not distributed in any other manner.

5. I do not pay guests. All guests are using their time for trade and relationship building. I will gladly promote and tag your work or social media pages when promoting the episode on my social media, newsletter, and in the show notes.

6. Please provide below a short bio, a photo used for promotion and all social media handles and/or websites you would like me to share.

8. Please sign the consent form by adding your name below. You'll receive a link in a separate email for the platform we'll use to record our episode. Upon signing off on this form and agreeing to record with me, you consent to the episode being released.
